I am Taiwo. I have a bachelor's degree in Statistics and a master's degree in Applied Mathematics. I am currently a freelance data analyst, an aspiring data scientist and I prefer R over Python for data science tasks. Recently, I got a PhD position at IMDEA Network Institute to work on Big Data Analytics and Machine Learning under the supervision of Prof. Antonio Fernandez. rnI have a lot of passion for data science and analytics. Consequently, OpenCon's Open Data initiative is of particular interest to me and I believe that my passion for data analytics is a good match for Open Data advocacy for anyone to be able to freely download, copy, analyse and reproduce data and any data analysis.
