The session is oriented to identify the success factors within the elaboration and design of Open National Policies. It will present the National Open Science Policy in Mexico as the first example of it and a super easy analitic model and all the attendees wil provide inputs for the discussion in the form of comments, experiences, jokes, etcetera.
