Between these times in the hotel lobby there will be participants leading groups over to the conference venue using the metro and walking. If you leave later than 8:30, you will be late.
If you have a scholarship, you will be provided with a metro card. If you do not, you will need you own.
If you are not staying at the conference hotel, but would like to join us to head over please meet in the hotel lobby.
If you can't make it to the conference hotel on the metro and walking, please notify us and we'll try to arrange alternative transport.
