Denisse is a Research Associate for the Open and Collaborative Science in Development Network (OCSDNet) and part of the Knowledge G.A.P. project, a research collective investigating the geopolitics of academic knowledge production. She is interested in inclusive and transgressive approaches to knowledge construction and dissemination and works on questions of power, inequality and openness in science and education. She is an International Development and Sociology graduate from the University of Toronto, and is currently based in Peru.
