Hertie School of Governance
Germany
I'm a doctoral candidate and research associate at the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin. In my research, I examine the work of grassroots anti-corruption movements and the use of digital technologies in this context. I previously worked as a consultant and analyst for Freedom House, Transparency International Cambodia, the World Wide Web Foundation, and the United Nations Development Programme. In these roles, I authored several publications and contributed to ongoing research on the use of open data for government transparency and accountability. This year, I am also a fellow of the Transatlantic Digital Debates Fellowship.
